Quick Skillet Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes; cut into bite size pieces
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni (about 1 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in shortening. Drain off excess fat.
    Stir in water and next 5 ingredients.
    Add macaroni; mix well.
    Bring mixture to boil.
    Then reduce heat to low simmer, uncover 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until macaroni is tender. Garnish with minced parsley if desired.
