Wilted Lettuce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lettuce
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons grease.
Mix all other ingredients well and add to grease.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Pour over lettuce.
Serve immediately.
