Fresh Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh rhubarb pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oats
Preparation
-
Mix rhubarb, flour, sugar and butter together and place in 8 or 9-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together until crumbly. Place on top of rhubarb mixture and shake down through the mixture.
Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
