Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt. Cook for 4 minutes on High.
    Stir and cook 4 minutes longer. Stir in margarine and vanilla; cook 2 minutes longer.
    Add baking soda and stir until foamy, then quickly pour onto lightly greased baking sheet.
    Cool and break into pieces.
    Keep in airtight container.
