Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing crumbs
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Let stand covered 1 hour.
Form into 1-inch balls.
You can refrigerate overnight to cook next day or bake immediately at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
