Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. nacho cheese Doritos
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, onion and bell pepper.
    Add remainder of ingredients.
    Simmer until cheese melts.
    Pour over Doritos chips. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
