Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
16 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter until blended.
Press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan; chill. Beat cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar until well blended.
Beat in pumpkin, spices and salt.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Spread sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar over top.
Bake for 8 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Cool and remove sides.
