Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 ___ water
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Cook sauce until thick.
    Pour over 5 pounds of chicken wings and marinate for several hours.
    Cook in the sauce at 325\u00b0 for approximately 2 hours.
    This can be a dinner meat or served at cocktail or buffet table.
