Hamburger Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (not too lean)
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. hickory smoke
    salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Mix once each day for 4 days.
    On 4th day, make into small rolls, about 5. Place on broiler pan so juices can drain.
    Bake at 175\u00b0 for 8 hours; cool.
