Stuffed Endive - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. wild rice or a pkg. wild rice and white rice mixture
    4 heads Belgian endive
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    1/3 c. pine nuts, chopped and toasted
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Prepare wild rice according to directions.
    Chill.
    Separate endive leaves.
    Combine the rice, raisins, pine nuts, mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder; mix well.
    Stuff the endive leaves with the rice mixture.
