Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. tart apples, pared, cored and sliced
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Streusel Topping
Preparation

Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Spread in bottom of 8 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
