Country Club Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) can pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dark molasses
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. Pet milk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
