Pacific Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice, cook & set aside
    1 Tbsp. of margarine
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can (7 3/4) medium red salmon undrained and flaked
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch each nutmeg, cinnamon & curry
Preparation
    Grease 9 inch pie pan with 1 tsp. margarine. Melt remaining margarine in frying pan. Saute onion & celery. Beat 1 egg and pepper into rice. Pour rice into pie plate to form a crust.
