Tomato-Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    2 cucumbers, scored with fork and sliced thin
    2 green onions, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes, cut in half.
    Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and parsley in serving dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss gently.
    Refrigerate at least half hour.
    Serves 6.
