Strawberry Gelatin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. strawberries (frozen is all right)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups of hot water; do not add cold water. Combine all ingredients, except sour cream.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture into bowl and let gel in refrigerator.
    Leave the remaining 1/2 at room temperature.
    After the mixture gels, place the sour cream over the jello evenly.
    Pour the remaining jello over this and let gel until firm.
