Philippine Egg Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sliced onion
    3 garlic gloves
    2 c. ground meat (1/2 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. green beans (French-cut)
    3 c. bean sprouts
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    12 egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers (6-inch sq.)
    vegetable oil (for deep frying, 3/4-inch deep)
Preparation
    In 2 tablespoons of hot oil, brown garlic.
    Add onion, then the ground meat.
    Cook 5 minutes on high heat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Reduce heat.
    Stir in green beans.
    Cook for one minute. Then add grated carrots.
    Stir and cook for one minute.
    Add soy sauce and bean sprouts.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Cool it off.
