Joshua'S Favorite Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
    1/2 (23 oz.) can water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    Lawry's seasoning salt
    chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat, pepper and onion in skillet.
    Blend seasoning salt and garlic powder; season to taste.
    Drain off grease, leaving just a little for moisture.
    Pour contents into 8 or 10-quart pot. Add kidney beans, tomato juice and water.
    Stir and heat; bring to a boil.
    Simmer.
    Add butter and chili powder.
    Let simmer 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with rolls or rice.
