Fresh Tomato Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peeled and chopped fresh tomato (remove seed)
    1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onion (or other sweet onion)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white balsamic vinegar or vinegar of choice
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Combine tomato, onion, sugar, vinegar, basil and salt in blender. Process until blended. With blender running, slowly add the combined oils.
    Refrigerate.
