Cold Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh or frozen strawberries (not in syrup)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    6 oz. Yoplait custard type strawberry yogurt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender.
    Puree.
    If fresh strawberries are used, refrigerate for at least two hours.
    If you use frozen berries, it can be served immediately.
    Serve in soup bowls.
    Garnish with fresh mint.
