Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. chopped red and green bell pepper
    3/4 c. diced Virginia ham
    8 oz. box yellow rice mix
    8 oz. peeled, deveined medium-size shrimp
    10 oz. box frozen cut okra
Preparation
    Bring water, peppers and ham to a boil in a large nonstick skillet.
    Stir in yellow rice mix.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Stir in peeled, deveined medium-size shrimp and box of frozen cut okra.
    Cover and cook 7 minutes, stirring a few times, or until shrimp are pink and opaque in center and rice is tender.
    Serves 4.
