Salmon Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 egg, beaten
    2 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Spread salmon in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Fold in the next 3 ingredients.
    Blend 1 tablespoon butter with flour in saucepan until smooth; add milk.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in paprika and egg. Fold into salmon mixture.
    Spread bread cubes over casserole; drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
