Oven-Crisp Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
2 (1 lb.) eggplants
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
On a piece of waxed paper, blend crumbs, oregano, paprika and salt.
Set aside.
