Rosemary Potatoes(Healthy Eating Section) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (3/4 potato per person if using large potatoes)
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    rosemary to taste
    parsley to taste
    tarragon to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and slice in wedges (leaving skin on).
    Spread out in baking dish (such as one 13 x 9 1/2-inch).
    Add ingredients and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray (preferably one with a butter flavor).
    Cover with Saran Wrap and put in microwave oven on High for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake in 475\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, stirring often.
