Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. Karo or corn syrup
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
popped corn
Preparation

Bring the first 3 ingredients to hard boil; let bubble for a few minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add the butter; let melt.
Add the baking soda; stir until frothy.
Pour over popped corn.
Form into balls.
Makes 16 medium balls.
