Red, White And Blueberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
16 oz. plain yogurt
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
Press on bottom of 12 x 7-inch dish.
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon, yogurt, marshmallows and nuts.
Spread half over crust.
Top with half berry mixture, remaining yogurt mixture, then remaining berries.
Cover.
Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Freeze leftovers.
Great fourth of July dessert!
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
