3-Hour Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1 tablespoon lukewarm water.
Add 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
Beat eggs and sugar.
Heat milk.
Remove from fire.
Add butter to cool.
Add milk and butter to eggs and sugar. Beat and add yeast.
Add sifted flour to mixture.
Let rise until double.
Knead and cut out.
Dip in butter.
Place in pan.
Let rise again.
Bake.
