Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. diced apples
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Stir in flour, apples and nuts.
    Batter will be thick.
    Bake in a greased and lightly floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
