Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve the sugar in the warm water; add the yeast.
    Stir and let rest about 5 minutes.
    Mix in the oil, egg and flour and stir until well mixed.
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins. Because this is a really soupy mixture, spoon into muffin tins. Bake for about 20 minutes.
    The batter keeps well in the refrigerator for a week.
