Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 jars Ragu sauce
crushed red peppers
garlic powder
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 box lasagne noodles
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown beef in large frying pan; drain grease.
Add Ragu sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and red peppers to taste.
Let simmer while noodles cook.
Slice Mozzarella cheese (thin).
Drain noodles; place in cold water.
