Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler or fryer (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. day old cornbread, crumbled
    1 c. day old biscuits, crumbled
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    chicken broth (enough to moisten)
Preparation
    Cook chicken in salt water until tender.
    Remove meat from bone and chop fine.
    Combine crumbs, onion and 1/2 of the eggs in large mixing bowl.
    Pour broth over ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour in bottom of baking dish.
    Place layer of chicken and other egg over mixture.
    Pour cream of chicken soup on top.
    Bake 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
