Best Ever Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. dried thyme
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    5 lb. chicken pieces
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to mix and set aside.
    Combine eggs, milk and lemon juice; stir well.
    Skin chicken, if desired.
    Place 2 or 3 pieces in bag; shake well.
    Dip in egg mixture, return to bag and shake again.
    Repeat with remaining chicken.
    Pour oil to depth of 3/4-inch into a large skillet.
    Fry 4 to 5 pieces in hot oil at 350\u00b0.
