Ingredients

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine or butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. granulated sugar
Preparation

Cream together butter, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla and almond extract.
Mix in flour (baking soda and cream of tartar, if using all-purpose flour).
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
