Chocolate Pistachio Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding/pie filling
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl (except chocolate syrup).
    Blend to moisten, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour about 3/4 of batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Add 3/4 cup chocolate syrup to remaining batter; mix well. Pour over batter in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done. Cool in pan.
    Take out of pan; sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
