Banana Sour Cream Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients together for one minute.
Add bananas and vanilla and mix for one minute.
Add flour, salt, soda and nuts.
Mix for one minute (do not overmix).
Place in cookie sheet pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
For icing, cream remaining ingredients on high until fluffy.
A small amount of milk may be added to thin icing.
Spread over bars once they have cooled slightly.
Store in refrigerator.
