Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. crab seasoning
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Remove any shell or cartilage from crabmeat.
    Place all ingredients in bowl and mix together gently.
    Serve on bed of lettuce along with fresh sliced Maryland tomatoes.
