Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. strawberries
Preparation

Combine sugar and berries.
Let stand until berries thaw. Drain juice and bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch mixed with butter and water.
Cook 2 minutes on low heat.
Cool slightly and pour into baked 8-inch pie shell.
Chill and top with whipped cream.
