Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. tomatoes
    5 large onions
    4 to 5 hot peppers
    4 to 5 fall peppers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil, peel and mash tomatoes, then drain.
    Chip peppers and onions.
    Mix and cook slowly 1 hour.
    Pour in pint jars and seal.
