Molded Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add sugar and chill until partially set.
    Add sour cream and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Fold in other ingredients and chill.
