5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef, cut in large pieces
    carrots, in large pieces
    potatoes, quartered
    onions, whole or halved
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (Minute)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    8 oz. beef broth
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven with a tight-fitting top. Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
