Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Combine corn meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in bowl.
Add oil, egg and milk.
Mix by hand.
Bake in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 20 minutes.
