Scallops With Walnut Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. large scallops
    1 c. beer
    3/4 c. butter or oleo
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 c. coarsely broken walnuts
Preparation
    One hour before cooking, wash and drain scallops.
    Place in a Zip-loc bag and add beer.
    Refrigerate.
