Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. raisins
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    4 c. chopped carrots
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add eggs, oil and carrots. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Test with toothpick for doneness.
