Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peeled, chopped chiles
    2 (4-packs) chicken breasts
    1 medium onion
    1-1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
    2 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook and debone (if necessary) chicken.
    Pull apart into large chunks.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion and add chopped, peeled chiles, cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
    Add chicken.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    In a 9x13-inch pan place a layer of tortilla chips, layer of chicken mix and a layer of cheeses.
    Repeat layers until the pan is full.
    Heat at 350 degrees until hot and bubbling.
