"Never Peek" Stew(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef stew
    1 (No. 303) can whole tomatoes
    4 carrots, cut 1-inch pieces
    4 celery, cut 1-inch pieces
    4 potatoes, quartered
    4 onions, quartered
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven and toss around well. Bake 4 1/2 to 5 hours at 250\u00b0 with tight cover. Never peek. Do not brown meat.
