Veal Sebastiani - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal steak
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. sage
    3/4 c. Sauterne, heated
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown veal in olive oil and butter.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to both sides.
    Turn frequently until brown.
    Add garlic, parsley, mushrooms, sage and heated wine.
    Cover.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, until gravy is golden and slightly thickened.
