Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced beef
    1 bag popcorn shrimp
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. frozen peas
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. long grain cooked rice
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. green onions
Preparation
    Add first 7 ingredients to large skillet.
    Cook until carrots are tender.
    Add rice, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce and oil; mix well (about 5 minutes); then add green onions.
    Ready to serve.
