Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 pound deboned chicken breasts (cut in strips)
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Flour
    1/2 c fresh quartered mushrooms
    1 lg green pepper, sliced in strips
    1/2 purple onion, sliced
    1 tomato, chopped
    1-2 garlic buds, crushed
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1/2 c white wine or substitute
    1/2 to 1 c tomato sauce
    2 cup cooked penne noodles
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 cup olive oil.
    Add 1/2 pound deboned chicken breasts, cut in strips, salted, and peppered and lightly dusted in flour. Brown slightly.
    Then add the other ingredients one at a time in order.
    Toss over low heat for a few minutes and serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
