Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening or 1 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening in flour, then add remaining ingredients. Roll out and put in pan.
    Yields 2 pie crusts (top and bottom).
