Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. beef broth
    1 c. consomme
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Melt 1 stick margarine in large casserole dish; add sauteed onion and pepper and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour (425\u00b0 if using a glass dish).
