Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. almonds
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Cook broccoli until just tender.
Drain and place in a greased casserole dish.
Make a sauce of the butter, flour, salt, pepper and cheese.
Sprinkle almonds over broccoli, then pour over sauce. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
